RamartSystems Oy Ab ("we," "us," or "our") operates API services and other services available through RapidAPI and Azure Marketplace. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

What We Collect

When you use our API services or other services, we may collect:

  • Account information: email address and name (provided during registration on RapidAPI or Azure Marketplace)
  • Usage data: API endpoints called, request timestamps, response codes, and request volume
  • Technical data: IP address, HTTP headers, and API subscription keys

We do not collect or store the content of your API requests or responses beyond what is necessary to process them in real time.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain our API services
  • Monitor usage for billing and rate limiting
  • Detect abuse, errors, and security threats
  • Improve service performance and reliability
  • Communicate important service updates

Legal Basis (GDPR)

We retain usage logs for up to 90 days. Account information is retained for as long as your subscription is active. You may request deletion at any time.

Our API services do not use cookies. The ramartsystems.com website may use basic cookies for site functionality, managed by Webnode.
