These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of API services provided by RamartSystems Oy Ab ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide cloud-based API services including Developer Toolbox, Data Faker, PDF Toolkit, SEO Analyzer, Data Validator, and WebSight Pro. Services are available through RapidAPI and Azure Marketplace.

Account and Access

You must subscribe through RapidAPI or Azure Marketplace to use our APIs. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our APIs to engage in illegal activity

Attempt to bypass rate limits or authentication

Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute our API services

Send excessive requests intended to disrupt service availability

Use our services to collect personal data without a lawful basis

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms.

Pricing and Billing

Pricing and billing are handled by the marketplace platform (RapidAPI or Azure Marketplace) where you subscribed. Please refer to the applicable marketplace terms for billing, refunds, and cancellations.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by Azure infrastructure, marketplace platforms, or events beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All API services, documentation, and related content are the intellectual property of RamartSystems Oy Ab. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the APIs for your own applications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RamartSystems Oy Ab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via our website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
